Asset Management and Product Maintenance

Whether it is looking after one piece of kit or a whole fleet, HMG Water Solutions through its HMGcare program can help you manage your equipment assets with regular calibration and safety checks, and maintaining equipment when it breaks. With in-hours technicians ready to fix and maintain our products, HMGcare is there to keep our customers working.

Training

HMG Water Solutions offers training on our entire range of products. From a quick overview to in-depth on-site training, we have the training course for you, carried out either in our Harrogate Milner Court Campus, STaRs the group Test and Research Site, at your facilities on our live site.

Location, Leak Detection and CCTV surveys

HMG Water Solutions offers a service to our customers where they require to support them in getting jobs done. Our colleagues are experts in using our equipment whether it is locating a pipe using GPR on precision locators, locating a leak on a water pipe or carrying out specialist surveys of drainage or live potable water pipes. Our team of Technical Support Engineers are also qualified to carry out live gas pipe surveys as well.

Consultancy and Innovation Development

Through our sister company SynOvate, HMG Water Solutions can help provide consultancy on network operation and management and development of new innovative processes and products to streamline operations, reducing carbon footprints, reducing the health and safety risk of operations, increasing customer satisfaction, and ultimately reducing the cost of operation.
