At HMG Water Solutions when our customers acquire one of our products, they are custodians of the equipment we have supplied. We take pride in everything we do, and when our products need servicing or repairing, we want to make sure we can get them back with you and operational as soon as possible.
HMGcare is all about us CARING together. That is why we have a dedicated telephone to our HMGcare team ready to help you with your pipeline products.
HMGcare ties in with our Technical Support Engineers to identify if there are any repeat issues with a product, additional training requirements, or a change in equipment to meet the customers’ requirements.
At HMG Water Solutions we all CARE about customer service and longevity of product life which is why we put so much emphasis on our HMGcare system.
Within the team, we have four dedicated electro-mechanical technicians who process the service and repair work, supported by two HMGcare administrators. We constantly aim to reduce the cost of ownership of our products, maximise their utilisation and ultimately minimise their whole life costing not just focused on their short-term cost-benefit analysis.
We aim to return all equipment within 5 to 7 days.
HMGcare is open Monday to Friday from 08:30hrs to 16:30hrs.
